Sarah has a First Class Bachelors degree from University College Dublin in Psychology, a Masters in Forensic Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Children and Young People from University College London.

She is fully accredited  by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (the Lead Organisation for CBT in the UK).

​Sarah’s professional career has involved working with both adolescents and adults in the community and in secure settings. Sarah specialises in working with young people with a histories of significant trauma, attachment difficulties and behavioural difficulties (including sexually harmful behaviour).  She has experience in delivering both individual and group work and is qualified in a wide array of  risk assessment tools for both adults and young people.

Sarah receives regular clinical supervision from another fully accredited BABCP CBT therapist
